SunVora provides product information and a quotation enquiry service for business buyers. Website content is general information and does not by itself create a contract, agency relationship, exclusive distributorship or binding offer. You must be legally able to act for yourself or the business named in an enquiry.

Product information and images

We aim to present product names, images and supplier specifications accurately. Supplier catalog images, enhanced presentation images, colours, accessories, packaging and specifications may change or differ by model or capacity. You must confirm the exact model, configuration, branding, accessories, voltage, plug, certifications and packing in the final written quotation before ordering.

Prices and quotations

Prices displayed on the website are indicative per-unit prices in the currency shown. They may exclude minimum order requirements, samples, branding, packaging changes, taxes, duties, freight, insurance, bank fees and destination charges. A quotation remains subject to its stated validity period, availability and written confirmation. An order becomes binding only when both parties agree the final written terms and any required payment has been received or otherwise arranged.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for selecting suitable products and confirming destination requirements. Unless the final quotation expressly states otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import licences, customs clearance, duties, taxes, local standards, registrations, certifications and lawful resale in the destination market.

Priority of agreed documents

If these website terms conflict with a signed contract, pro forma invoice or final written quotation accepted for a specific order, the accepted order document controls for that transaction.
