Requesting a quotation

Select the products you need, enter the quantity for each item, and provide your destination country and city. The prepared WhatsApp message identifies the selected products and quantities. For products with several capacities or models, specify the exact option required.

Order quantities

Sample orders start from 10 units. Standard bulk orders start from 100 units. Carton quantities, mixed-model arrangements and final pricing are confirmed for the selected products in the written quotation.

Private label and customization

Logo, color, packaging, manual, plug type and voltage customization can be arranged. The final specification, artwork requirements, preparation time and any additional charges are confirmed before customization or production begins.

What the website price means

Displayed prices are indicative unit prices in the marked currency. They are provided for initial comparison and may change with model configuration, quantity, exchange rates, raw materials, branding, packing or supplier availability. The current website price is not a final or binding offer; the written quotation confirms the price for the selected model and quantity.

Final quotation

Before an order is accepted, SunVora confirms the available model, specification, minimum order, final unit price, packing, preparation time and payment terms. Freight, insurance, taxes, duties, customs charges and local delivery are included only when the final written quotation expressly says so. Quotations may have an expiry date and remain subject to availability until the order is confirmed.

Preparation and dispatch from China

Products are prepared and dispatched from China. We confirm selected models, quantities and export packing with the relevant supplier before shipment. The shipping method, destination, estimated transit time and freight charge are agreed before dispatch. Any inspection or special packing requirement must be agreed in writing before the goods are released.

Transit times and delivery

Production and transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carriers, ports, customs, weather, public authorities and other events outside reasonable control may cause delays. Tracking or shipping documents are provided when available under the agreed shipping method. Risk, title and responsibility for customs clearance follow the terms stated in the accepted quotation or contract.

Destination charges and import requirements

Unless the accepted quotation expressly includes them, the buyer is responsible for import permits, product registrations, customs clearance, duties, taxes, port or terminal fees, inspections, storage and local delivery. Buyers should check destination rules before confirming an order.

Changes, shortages and damage

Report requested order changes as early as possible. Changes may affect price, preparation time and availability, and may not be possible after production or dispatch begins. Visible shortages or transit damage should be recorded on delivery documents and reported promptly with photos, packaging information and relevant shipping records. Resolution depends on the accepted order and shipping terms.
